万晓波,男,19735月生,。2000年获南京大学高分子化学和物理博士学位。 2008年获University of Pennsylvania有机化学博士学位。2010-2018年任中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程所研究员,学术带头人,入选中国科学院百人计划。2019年起至今任江汉大学化学与环境工程学院教授,博士生导师,光电化学材料与器件教育部重点实验室副主任。

万晓波教授的主要研究方向包括1)高性能有机场效应晶体管器件材料:通过设计新的材料结构,发展新的合成方法学,获得新型的有机半导体材料,应用于射频商标、智能卡、电子纸、集成电路、柔性显示器和传感器等电子器件;2)仿生功能材料:采用化学合成手段,通过对聚合物分子结构的设计,仿生模拟天然生物的功能特性,并探索其在粘合剂、功能涂层及光电材料领域中的应用;3)聚氨酯功能材料:结合市场需求及行业发展现状,开展可实用化的聚氨酯功能材料的研究,利用聚氨酯结构及功能的可调性,研究开发新型功能性聚氨酯材料。在异靛蓝的改造及其在有机半导体材料中的应用取得重要创新性结果,成功合成水下粘接强度高于干态粘接强度的仿贻贝胶黏剂,所设计合成的新型高性能聚氨酯防水涂料已在地铁工程中实现应用。

万晓波教授先后承担多项国家自然科学基金面上项目、中科院院地合作项目、山东省重大基础研究项目、青岛市科技局项目、以及企业合作项目共计十余项。已在JACSChem. Mater.Chem.CommunMacromoleculesMacromol. Rapid Comm.等国际一流SCI杂志发表论文及综述60余篇,申请美国专利2项、中国专利20余项。
